• Your bookings, membership and payment status.
• Your date of birth, to confirm you are 18 or older.
• College ID images, only if you apply for the Student plan.

Why we collect it

To manage your desk, confirm bookings, reply to enquiries and keep the space safe.

CCTV

Cameras cover common areas only, never washrooms. Footage is kept for [RETENTION PERIOD] and shared only when the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

Payments

Payments are made by UPI. We record the amount, date and booking ID. We do not store card or bank details.

Student IDs

College IDs are stored in private storage. Only you and Zeal admins can open them.
