Terms in short
- 18 and over only.
- ₹500 registration, one time, non-refundable.
- Monthly fees are paid in advance. Minimum one month. No deposit.
- No cancellation and no refund of any fee once booked and paid, unless Zeal cannot provide the seat or does not open on the stated date.
- Receipts only, no GST invoices for now.
- Founding members: ₹2,999 until end of February 2027, then ₹4,499 from March 2027.
- Coming soon amenities are not promises.
Billing notes
- Pay by UPI to j.joe@superyes (Zeal Cowork).
- Send the payment screenshot on WhatsApp with your booking ID.
- Your booking shows "Pending payment" until we check it in our UPI account. Unpaid holds are released after 6 hours.
- Student price is active once we approve your college ID.
- Prices are in Indian rupees. You get a receipt, not a GST invoice.
